- Returned in a timely manner.
- Returned with a clear recommendation to grant or refuse to grant.
- Are processed consistently with the client BCA's systems.
In addition, National Processing Limited will:
- Ensure complaints and compliments are reviewed and where necessary action points are developed to repeat the good work or ensure any bad work isn’t repeated.
- Actively manage performance and continuous improvement.
- Actively disclose conflicts of interest either actual, potential or perceived.
- Support the accreditation body to assist raising the performance of the sector.
